2. Service Description

Kreafilo is an AI-powered web service that provides tools to generate and optimize text prompts. The Service currently includes the following tools:

  • Image to Prompt Generator - Generate AI image generation prompt using advanced AI technology
  • Image to Video Prompt Generator - Generate AI video generation prompt using advanced AI technology
  • Image & Video Prompt Generator - Turn a simple idea into a well-structured AI image or video prompt
  • Image Prompt Optimizer - Optimize AI image prompts to make AI models interpret it more accurately

We continuously improve and update our services to provide the best user experience. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

You may register for an account using an email address and password, or through Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activities that occur under your account; and
  • notifying us immediately at kreafilo@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4. Terms of Use and Limitations

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use this service for:

  • Personal and commercial image analysis
  • Content creation and marketing
  • Research and educational purposes
  • Accessibility improvements

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use this service for:

  • Any illegal activities or violations of laws and regulations
  • Uploading content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Uploading inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempting to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Commercial abuse or spam activities

5. Content Policy

5.1 User Uploaded Content

By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content;
  • the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and
  • the content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We do not store your images; they are automatically deleted after analysis

5.2 Generated Content

Prompts and outputs generated by the Service are provided for your use. We make no warranty regarding the originality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying that any output you use does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing Plans

The Service is offered under the following plans:

  • Free Plan: 5 free credits per day to access all features.
  • Pay-Per-Credit: purchase additional credits as needed; no recurring subscription obligation.

6.2 Credits

Certain features of the Service consume credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Midtrans, a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Midtrans' terms and conditions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Kreafilo is not responsible for errors, failures, or delays caused by Midtrans or your financial institution.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Indonesian consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at kreafilo@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy very seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information:

  • We temporarily store your uploaded images
  • We collect minimal necessary technical information
  • We use encryption technology to protect data transmission
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

  • All content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws
  • Including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and algorithms
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited

9. Service Availability and Limitations

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9.2 Technical Limitations

  • Image file size limit: 10MB for all users
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, HEIF
  • Processing time may vary depending on image complexity

10. Disclaimer

10.1 Service Provided "As Is"

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
  • You use the service at your own risk

10.2 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, user-uploaded content, the accuracy of AI-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the total amount you paid to us in the months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah)

12. Indemnification

We are from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms, or
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.
